Maison Lavande is a family-owned business founded in 2009, specializing in lavender-based skincare and ambiance products. Co-founder Nancy Ferron and her daughter, CEO Florence Ferron, discuss their holistic approach to farming, manufacturing, and sales, as well as their expansion and the challenges faced, particularly during the pandemic. They also share insights into their marketing strategy, digital transition, ambition for national and international expansion, as well as the challenges and advantages of working as a family. Finally, they touch upon generational transition and lessons learned from their entrepreneurial experience.
